Erin Memering, Physiotherapist & Owner

Erin grew up outside of Windsor, Ontario before moving to the Kitchener-Waterloo area. From a young age she had a passion for sport and children, spending time teaching figure skating and being a camp counsellor. She was a competitive synchronized figure skater, skating on Team Canada for 3 years. It was after an injury that required time in physiotherapy that Erin found her calling. Erin completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2006, then went on to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy from Griffith University in Australia in 2010. During her Masters she did a placement in a children’s hospital and her passion for pediatric physiotherapy was sparked. Upon returning home she immediately pursued a job in pediatrics and was a part of a wonderful interdisciplinary team, which helped set the foundation for the rest of her career. Erin continues to pursue additional education courses in order to expand her skill set and keep up with current best practice. Erin is a mom of 2 busy young girls and enjoys spending time outside at the park, riding bikes or going on adventures.

Ashley Blayney-Hoffer, Physiotherapist

Ashley has always had a passion for working with kids! Growing up in Guelph, Ontario she worked as a camp counsellor and gymnastic coach, she loved creating a fun learning environment for the children she worked with. Ashley was also a competitive cheerleader and track and field athlete, competing all over North America. These sports led to numerous injuries and physiotherapy treatments, which created an interest in the profession. Ashley completed her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, while at Waterloo she worked at The Infant & Child Studies Group, assisting in research on child development. She recently completed her Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Western University, where she did a placement at a pediatric hospital in London, England, this confirmed that pediatric physiotherapy was the place for her! She has completed additional training in DMI Introductory Level A and looks forward to continuing to take more courses to ensure she is providing the highest quality care! In her free time, Ashley loves camping, hiking, coaching gymnastics, and spending time with friends.

Kim Hanlon, Client Care Coordinator

Kim was born and raised in Kitchener but her family comes from Newfoundland. She is a mom with 3 incredible adult kids and 2 funny and loveable cats. Kim has spent her career supporting people experiencing homelessness in many different roles. For the past 5 years her focus has been supporting First Nations, Inuit and Metis individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness and/or mental health and addictions struggles. She also has experience as an administrative assistant in counselling and primary care settings. Kim is very passionate about providing kind, empathic, non judgemental, person centered care to clients. Outside of work Kim loves to spend time with her kids and cats, cheering on her niece at the baseball field, listening to music, playing video games and watching hockey and baseball

Lizzy Msuya, Client Care Coordinator

Lizzy was born in Kitchener, Ontario, and spent part of her childhood in East Africa before returning to Canada. She is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Geography at Wilfrid Laurier University. Known for her natural ability to connect with children, Lizzy has always been the go-to person for babysitting and nannying, building strong, trusting relationships with the families she supports. She also has a lifelong love of sports, having played hockey, softball, and more, and briefly assisted in coaching young girls in softball, combining her love for mentorship with her team spirit. Outside of work and school, Lizzy enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time outdoors with her friends, family, and her energetic two-year-old dog. She’s excited to bring her warmth and enthusiasm to the team.

Why Choose Us?

Children are not little adults! Don’t just settle for any physiotherapist at your local clinic. By choosing us you receive:

  • Specialized Expertise: Our team has extensive experience in pediatric physiotherapy, working with a wide range of developmental, physical, and orthopedic concerns.
  • Collaborative Approach: We value collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including IBCLCs, pediatricians, SLP’s, OT’s and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Family-Centered Care: Your goals and values guide everything we do, and we tailor every care plan to meet the needs of your child and family.
  • Inclusive Environment: Our clinic is a safe, supportive space where every child is valued and empowered to reach their potential.

Why Not Wait and See?

Early intervention is key to supporting your child’s development and addressing challenges before they grow into bigger concerns. Waiting to see if your child “catches up” can delay critical support that could make a meaningful difference in their progress. With timely care, we can build a strong foundation for your child’s future, helping them thrive now and in the years to come.
