Physiotherapist (Part-time leading to full time)

Your responsibilities:

· You will provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, and conduct physiotherapy interventions with children (birth-18 years old) with a wide variety of needs (including developmental, neurological and musculoskeletal) 

· You would develop treatment plans directed towards maintaining and enhancing your clients’ physical abilities, lifestyle and well-being

· You will provide education, resources and feedback to families

· You follow an evidence-based approach to assessment and treatment

· You will maintain complete and accurate medical records using Jane our Electronic Medical Record System

· You will communicate effectively and maintain/develop relationships with referring physicians, healthcare providers and other relevant community members

· You will complete other related duties as requested 


Your expertise:

· Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario – new graduates are welcome to apply

· Experience in pediatrics is preferred

· Current certification in First Aid and CPR

· Vulnerable Sector Check required

· Proof of Vaccination required

· Excellent communication and ability to engage all ages

· Effective time management skills including caseload prioritizations and management

· Experience with virtual care would be an asset

· Competency with electronic documentation (Jane) and communication


Salary

Salary range $65-95/hour negotiable based on experience.


Schedule

The current position is part-time (16-20 hrs/week) with the possibility of increasing to full time. Hours of availability to include select daytime, afternoon and evening hours.

Client Care Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote-Friendly)

    

  

Does your heart light up when you help others feel seen, supported, and less stressed? Are you ultra-organized andpeople-focused? Come join the team at Erin Memering Pediatric Physiotherapy (EMPP) — the only pediatric-only physio clinic in Kitchener-Waterloo!


We’re on the lookout for a warm, detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to help us support the incredible families we serve. This part-time position (8–15 hours/week) is mostly remote, with occasional in-person hours at our clinic as needed. We’re flexible with timing, but reliability and excellent communication are key.


If you also have experience with social media content creation or management, that’s a huge bonus — we’d love help sharing our message with more families!


What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for families — welcoming, informative, and reassuring
  • Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and waitlists with care and precision
  • Support our team of physiotherapists by keeping calendars running smoothly
  • Communicate with families via email and phone about assessments, forms, and follow-ups
  • Ensure intake paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time
  • Contribute to social media planning, content creation, or scheduling (if this      is a strength of yours!)


You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a clear, compassionate communicator who thrives in family-centered spaces
  • Are organized and proactive, with great attention to detail
  • Can multitask without losing your cool (bonus points if you do it with a      smile!)
  • Are tech-savvy, and confident using scheduling or clinic software
  • Have  experience in medical or healthcare administration
  • Are familiar with or eager to learn Jane Practice Management Software
  • Have skills in Instagram or social media content creation, management,      or engagement


The Details:

  

  • Part-time: 8–15 hours per week
  • Remote      
  • Core availability required Monday to Friday:
    • Morning check-in between 7:00–9:00 AM
    • Afternoon check-in between 4:00–5:00 PM
    • Ability to respond to urgent midday needs (e.g., last-minute cancellations) is ideal
  • This role is perfect for someone who is already working remotely and comfortable being at their computer throughout the day, with the flexibility to      manage short admin bursts as needed
  • Start date: Flexible
  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience
